Best if you wish to plan your own wedding, but want a professional to oversee your day so you can fully enjoy yourselves. You take care of the vision and planning, while we manage the event execution and oversight.

What to Expect

Step #1 - We Chat

This is where we learn about one other and how we could be a good fit. We start with a phone call or zoom meeting. You tell us about you, your story, and your vibe. We tell you more about us, our services, and how we can help make your day extra special.

Step #2 - Decision Time

You both discuss and decide we’re the perfect fit - yay! I send you a contract outlining services, and you send us a deposit to secure the date. Not the most exciting, but super simple and easy. Check!

Step #3 - Getting Started

Full or partial planning couples will get started right away. During our initial meeting, we discuss your must-haves, your absolute-nots, and dig through your inspiration. Then its checklists, vendor meetings, and design boards. All the fun stuff!

If you’re one of our coordination couples, we reach out as we get closer to your date to review and confirm your final details. You can rest assured you have a professional by your side to execute your vision and plan!

Step #4 - The Big Day

It’s finally here! You spend your time embracing friends and family, tearing up the dance floor, and celebrating the day as a couple. We are behind the scenes making the magic happen to ensure you have a smooth, beautiful weekend. We are the first ones there and the last to leave - always by your side to ensure you have everything you need to let the good times roll.
